Leadership Bootcamp
This 2 day training is designed to jump start your new supervisor’s skills for leading teams. Day 1 is based on Situational Leadership. Day 2 will focus on problem solving, the stages of group development and integrating Day 1. Both days are packed with real world examples with opportunities to put the training to use. This program has been presented as part of the Cornell University ILR program, The Finger Lakes Community College’s Supervisory Training Program, and Marquette University’s Business Training program. Each 3 hour segment can be delivered separately if need for 4 sessions. Follow up optional sessions can be added to dig deeper into the concepts and provide more opportunity to test out the skills and be coached in the sessions.
On the Job Training & Coaching
The human element is the most valuable investment in any organization . This hands-on workshop examines the basic skills of coaching, the transference of performance. From putting the trainee at ease, assessing their experience, to using open ended questions and having the learner perform the task, this training program teaches participants to teach in a workplace setting. This program has been presented in both the US and Australia.
