Who is Ted Baumhauer, Ed.D.?

Since the 1980’s I have been on a mission to help individuals and group improve their leadership and team working skills! To do that I have worked on my self to develop skills and talents that will make these presentations enjoyable, memorable, and applicable. That makes them valuable! To give you an idea of the lengths I will go to accomplish that, here is a short list of what I have done toward that goal:

  • Earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from The University of Vermont

  • Authored Little Blue Penguins: Tales for Making the Transition to Leadership

  • Former adjunct instructor at Nazareth College School of Business

  • Former adjunct instructor at the RIT Saunders School of Business

  • Learned how to juggle, ball spin, ride a unicycle, walk a slack line, balance and juggle

  • Trained with the Chauncey Group to become a certified trainer.

  • Attended Mini Fest to become a better performer

  • Apprenticed to learn how to teach on a Ropes Course with Experiential Activities

  • Currently taking the Master Teaching Artist Training Program in Buffalo, NY

  • I have even taken tap dance lessons! I’m not good but I can do a step or two!

Whatever it takes to engage the audience to improve their leadership and team skills!
