It is a series of unrelated stories. Each one is designed to get an aspiring, or newly promoted, leader to think about the new and different skills they will need to be successful. These stories come from over 30 years as a supervisor and leadership trainer. At the end of each story there are questions to help the reader reflect on the lessons.
